About This Project: KCM Group provided pre-construction services for project budgeting and phasing, sequencing, and staging for work around on-going fairground events.

The complex project consisted of storm water treatment plant construction, storm drain systems separating roof runoff from animal feed areas of the site, storm water underground storage and BMP devices, sewer and storm pump stations and force mains, raising and lining bottom of two lakes, converting one lake to wetlands treatment area, upgrading of electrical transformer, underground electrical service to treatment plant and pump stations, and sewer, water and fire water service to treatment plant.
