KCM Group is providing construction management services for this affordable housing apartment in the City Heights area.

The project includes 60 units designed around a central courtyard amenity space and includes a resident community space.

Construction is four stories of wood frame over single a level on-grade parking.  Highlights include an open lobby area with community room and computer lab for the residents.
