Wakeland Housing & Development Mission Heritage Plaza

KCM Group is providing construction management services for this mixed used complex in Riverside, CA.

The project consists of two separate buildings which includes 72 affordable homes, community space, and new offices/exhibit space for the Civil Rights Institute and Fair Housing Council of Riverside County.  Construction is wood frame on podium deck.   The project includes full tenant improvements of commercial spaces in addition to the residential units.

Construction began in November 2020 and is scheduled for completion in August 2022.  KCM is providing comprehensive construction management services.
