City of Monterey Park – Hillside Stabilization Project

About This Project

KCM Group is providing comprehensive project management for this project which involves the stabilization of a hillside to prevent future slope failures.

The site had significant site degradation, erosion, and geotechnical failures, some of which have directly impacted a major roadway and the safety of  the general public. The stabilization included earthwork – including remedial grading – as well as retaining wall construction and related activities.

KCM Group is managing all aspects of the process including the design team, general contractor, and third-party consultants.
