Talmadge Gateway is San Diego’s first 100 percent permanent supportive housing community designed for seniors who have been homeless and have medical needs that require ongoing support. Developed in partnership with City Heights Community Development Corporation, the community offers 60 affordable homes with on and off-site supportive services that promote stability and greater independence, allowing residents to thrive.
