Friar’s Village HOA – Pavement Rehabilitation

KCM Group is providing project management and SWPPP program management services for the rehabilitation of 6700 lineal feet of private streets serving the 400 unit community.

The project included replacement of concrete ribbon gutter, curb repairs, replacement of utility boxes, resurfacing asphalt, seal coat, and restriping.

KCM Group full project management services began with Request for Proposals to assemble a design team and QSD SWPPP plan preparation and will continue through construction close out and SWPPP Notice of Termination.
