Plaza De Panama

About This Project

KCM Group serves as the program manager for this proposed project to restore the public spaces in Balboa Park’s Central Mesa. The project will reroute vehicle traffic around the historic core of Balboa Park, allowing for its plazas and promenades to be restored for pedestrian use and significantly reducing pedestrian-vehicle conflicts in the park. The project includes the construction of a new bypass bridge, roadway, 800-space subterranean parking structure, park/plaza design and construction, and site utilities.
